Why Robo Delights

Robo Delights started as an owner operator, that owns and manages Cotton Candy machines. In our own research to purchase our machines we found a market that was not pleasant towards the needs of the American consumer. Chinese factory sellers found on social media purporting to be American companies when in reality mostly they are 100% Chinese companies with just an office in the USA or a WhatsApp number. Although they are cheap in price, in reality they are very expensive. As they either don’t provide customer support or they have Chinese based support. In addition social media has many forums for those who bought Chinese machines “cheaply” which came damaged and had no recourse, or no ability to find replacement parts. Owners are then stuck with non-income producing machines.

The second category were companies here in the USA that (re)sold or franchise machines. The machines are more expensive than the advertised price once you include the hidden fees, which can be upward of $15,000 a year. More than one company told us late in negotiations that “they” would place the machines in where they saw fit. Basically, you paid them to buy the machine, and you’d get paid a small portion of the profits.

White Glove Service provides onsite in person training (at your location- valued at thousands of dollars), unpacking assistance, and machine setup. Training in basic stock supply, maintenance and the best cleaning practices for your machine. We provide you with some basic startup supplies, cleaning supplies, plus, spares parts of the machine's main components. A check list on what’s needed to get up and running prior to delivery.

Cleaning Supplies We provide you with the correct cleaning supplies at no extra cost and provide you with the cleaning tools (for free). We also train you and ways to minimize your cleaning times. This service and its tools/technology currently are ONLY available from Robo Delights.

Delivery Delivery and its insurance can add an exorbitant additional cost to your machine., With Robo Delights it is included in the price. (Don’t be fooled by the estimated price provided online, then find out later the real cost or added costs)

Wi-Fi We provide you with a Wi-Fi unit plus one year of internet service included.

APP Yes! We have a third-party APP so you can remotely track your sales and supplies (sugar, sprinkles, sticks, water). Reporting ability for multiple machines . The first-year subscription is on Robo Delights.

Spare Parts In addition to your basic startup supplies, you will receive with your machine additional components for items that may require extensive cleaning or have a tendency break. Allowing you to replace them immediately and continue selling cotton candy with minimal downtime.

Location Some companies choose the location for you or only allow you access to certain territories. We at Robo Delights believe you as your own business owner should have the autonomy to place and move your machine as you best see fit for your business, allowing you to maximize revenue and profits.
