You can purchase most of your sugar supplies and sticks on the open market. However, you need to make sure the supplies are of quality materials and are compatible with your machine. Kosher & Halal products are available from us directly. The products we sell are of high quality, these products will extend the life of your machine and provide for optimal performance.
Yes, however, due to this process being done at the factory, it will delay the shipping time. We do allow you to wrap the machine and add your own graphics and branding when you receive the machine.
We can ship within 2-3 days of a finalized order and full payment, shipments can take upwards of 3 weeks due to the size and weight as it is sent freight.
We do accept returns within 2 weeks of receipt. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be provided by Robo Delights. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs plus a 25% restocking fee.
